Binding Time Analysis in Acumen by Walid Taha
Acumen is a language for modeling hybrid continuous/discrete dynamics. Binding Time Analysis is used in Acumen to enable the derivation of efficient solvers for a certain class of differential equations. This talk reviews this technique and discusses our experience building a second generation implementation in the context of the second-generation implementation of Acumen.
