LEAD-AI project will create a capacity-building programme designed to enhance AI skills of both educators and adult
learners. It will develop tailored methodologies and AI-related content across various fields, integrated into an AI-enhanced
e-learning platform. Educators will benefit from a personalized Train the Trainer methodology, while learners will receive
personalized training interactive tools, for workplace applications, ensuring professional development and digital skill
enhancement.
The LEAD-AI project will implement a hands-on AI capacity-building program to help educators and trainees to effectively use AI/Generative AI in their teaching practices, and professional development. Through an AI-enhanced e-learning platform, participants will explore adapted learning methodologies, tailoring training to individual needs.The project includes interactive modules, group work, and real-world AI applications, ensuring practical AI upskilling and enhanced professional development.
Project results will include: PR1:Methodological framework for capacity building using AI for enhanced training for Adult Education/PR2:Train-of-Trainers methodology & toolkit/PR3: Best practices & pedagogical guidelines/PR4: Training modules & materials for AI skills development for Adults/PR5: Personalized AI enhanced e-learning platform. Results will be disseminated during the project lifespan through communication activities, dissemination strategies, multiplier events & partners' networks.
