| Abstract | Although wearable devices can be used toperform continuous gait analysis in daily life, existing platforms only support short-term analysis in quasi-controlled environments. This paper proposes a novel system architecture that is designed for long-term, online gait analysis in free-living environments. Various aspects related to the feasibility and scalability of the proposed system are presented. |
