Steps To Upload Video:

1. Download ffmpeg2theora, and place executable in path (or directory of video files)

2. From the commandline, type "ffmpeg2theora myVideoFile.foo" to generate myVideoFile.ogg

3. Goto here, upload "myVideoFile.ogg"

4. In the wiki-page of your choosing, enter the lines:
